Community Based Services Manager
WESCO Industries is hiring for a brand-new position!
While our programs are steadily increasing in size and numbers, we are looking for the right person to supervise and support WESCO’s Community Based Service Programs (Day Habilitation, Adult Day Services, Supported Employment, and Non 24 Hour SCL & Respite).
This is a mid-level management position that will work directly with the Assistant Director regarding program evaluations to further develop/expand/promote WESCO’s Community Based Service Programs. The right candidate will also assist the Assistant Director in the evaluation of potential new individuals/ referrals and assist in the intake process to ensure a smooth transition into WESCO services.
This position will supervise and support the respective Program Coordinators while working as a team member to demonstrate and promote service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree in a related field preferred***Substitution for Education: Two years of full-time paid employment in a related field or managerial position may be substituted for each year of education.
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends.
Ability to travel in order to participate in events, training sessions and meetings throughout the region and state.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
Must be able to obtain a Class D Chauffeur’s License within 30 days of hire.
Must complete WESCO Industries’ required trainings per WESCO’s training policy.
